1999 Commemorative Ornament History
of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center The design of THA's 1999 ornament recognizes the wide variety of training provided by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), both in the classroom and in practical exercise settings. The ornament includes FLETC's principal education building, as well as images of a law enforcement vehicle and law enforcement pursuit boat. The ornament measures approximately 2-1/2 by 2-3/4 inches. FLETC cooperates in a Partnership Committed to Excellence with over 70 organizations to provide those agencies' law enforcement officers and agents the most comprehensive professional education that is available.
