Section 7. Responsibilities. The Board of Directors will formulate the policies of the Association and will direct its activities through the Executive Committee. Section

8. Removal. As promptly as feasible after the failure of a Director to attend his or her fourth consecutive meeting, the Secretary shall notify the Director of his or her termination of membership on the Board. As the final business of the meeting at the end of which such a termination becomes effective, the Board shall be notified of the termination and the Secretary shall make appropriate record thereof in the minutes of such meeting. 9. Annual Report. The Board of Directors shall prepare and publish an annual report of the activities of the Association for submission to the members. Such annual report shall include a list of the Board of Directors, Officers and the financial status of the Association.
