Article D- Officers

Section 1. Chairperson.
The Chairperson of the Board of Directors shall act in an advisory capacity to all other officers. The Chairperson shall also exercise general supervision of the affairs of the Association and shall see that such affairs are conducted in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and with these By-Laws. The Chairperson shall be an ex-officio member of all committees, except the Nominating Committee.

Section 2. President.
The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Association and shall have the general powers and duties of supervision and management usually vested in the president of a corporation. The President shall have general and active management of the affairs of the Association, shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Directors are carried into effect, and shall be an ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating Committee. Section 3. Vice President.
There shall be one Vice President who shall assist the President in his or her responsibilities and shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President during the absence or disability of the President. Board of Directors.
