Article D- Officers (continued)

Section 4. Secretary.
The Secretary shall be responsible for recording all meetings of the Board of Directors and shall preserve in books of the Association true minutes of the proceedings of all such meetings. The Secretary shall safely keep custody of the seal of the Association and shall affix it at the direction of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors or a majority of the members of the Board.

Section 5. Treasurer.
The Treasurer shall administer the finances of the Association, including monies received from donations or from the sale of publications and other items being handled by the Association and other payments made to the Association. The Treasurer shall keep in books belonging to the Association full and accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursements. The Treasurer shall disburse the funds of the Association and shall render reports of transactions and of the financial condition of the Association. The Treasurer shall have custody of all records and documents relating to the property of the Association.
