Article H- Amendments

Section 1. Amendment of By-Laws.
The By-Laws may be amended by the Board of Directors by a majority vote of those present and voting at any time. Adopted this fifth day of December 2008 these By-Laws will become effective on January 1, 2009 and will supersede the By-Laws of November 30, 1992, as amended.
