Article H- Amendments

Section 1. Amendment of By-Laws.
The By-Laws may be amended by the Board of Directors by a
majority vote of those present and voting at any time. Adopted this
18th day of April, 2007, these revised By-Laws will become effective
on January 1, 2008, and supersede the By-Laws of March 8, 1974,
as amended.
